Dinner dance: Les Installations Mouvantes / Gourmet Formula
On Saturday September 7th, as part of the 10th anniversary of Festival International des Escales Improbables de Montréal, Mandoline Hybride presents a new version of Moving Installations in collaboration with Bistro Espace La Fontaine.
Moving Installations is a site specific performance that moulds to urban settings. During an evening of gastronomy, four dancers and one musician will slowly transform the reality of people sitting at other tables. Fresco in movement which takes life in an unexpected way, this performance transports the public through poetic bodies, architectures and ambiences, suspending time with dance. Espace La Fontaine will be the theatre of this peculiar art intervention combined with refined foods. Artistic director Priscilla Guy continues her investigation of bodies in public landscapes with a personal signature marked evocative movement invention.

Audiences are thus invited to an unprecedented evening where gastronomy, music and dance will wave together, followed by a screening of video-dance projects.
