Volunteers needed – The Musical Siestas

The Musical Siestas, a concept created by Les Escales Improbables de Montréal, will be presented in 2014 as a series starting June 21st, and for the first time this year, they will take place in Montreal Insectarium’s gardens. Every Saturday from June 21st to August 30th, between 1:30 pm and 4 pm, join us for a relaxing moment of musical discovery.
We are looking for volunteers, who can come one or several Saturdays, to assist the EIM team during the Musical Siestas:
– help set up and take down the furnitures and accessories (art magazines, deck chairs…);
– host musicians;
– ensure the Musical Siestas area stays clean and in order during the afternoon.
It’s a great occasion to get involved in Montreal’s cultural scene, meet new people, and discover or rediscover for free Montreal’s Botanical Garden.
